i literally think about this ramen multiple times a week. such a perfect blend of richness, this is the exact broth you need if you like the best of both tonkotsu and shio worlds! also very much appreciate the cook on the noodles, they're nice and chewy
Peanut Brisket Tantanmen 落花生 担々麺 review by Matt
Our favorite Ramen is most definitely the Peanut Brisket Tantanmen. Broth has amazing flavor, noodles are fresh and real, beef brisket is good (not great). Flavors are wonderful, and there's enough for 2 meals here.
